Shoulder dusters are a big trend for Fall/Winter 2012. We first saw it down the runways in Paris. Earrings are worn long and just touching, or just above the shoulder. They can be simple hoops, or beautiful chandeliers, and can be matched with long or short hair. If your wearing your hair down, pin/braid it back to show off the earrings.
